Patricia (Patti) A. Dellise

Patricia (Patti) A. Dellise, 75, Green Bay, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2008 at Saint Vincent Hospital surrounded by her family. Patti was born on June 17, 1932 in Maplewood, WI. the daughter of the late Perry and Elda (Ferguson) Writt. She was a graduate of Sturgeon Bay High School with the class of 1951. Patti was a very hands on person, her family thought of her as a fixer upper, she was never afraid to tackle various projects around the home from painting, mowing the grass to cleaning out the gutters. She was very fond of her Beanie Baby collection. Throughout her life, she loved sports and especially liked to go bowling. As her children became involved in activities she was very proud of her family, always taking a special interest in watching them play sports and later she followed the games of her grandchildren. Patti enjoyed keeping busy knitting afghans for her family and planting flowers in her garden. She loved the comforts of her home including her many dogs which she greatly loved through the years. Patti was a very loving, kind and caring person who loved her family very dearly. Patti is survived by her husband, Gordon, three daughters and three sons-in-law Cynthia and David Bornemann, Green Bay; Kim and John Janusz, Longwood, FL; Jodi and Michael Glassburn, St. Cloud, FL; one son and daughter-in-law Tom and Pam Dellise, Green Bay; six grand children Samantha (Chad) Fischer, Katelyn Cartier, Quinn and Hallie Dellise, Jackson and Lily Glassburn, one great-grandson Tyler Fischer, one brother-in-law and sister-in-law Lloyd and Carol Dellise, Green Bay. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Sister Bernice Dellise. Gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2008 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church 413 St. John Street. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 A.M. at the church with Rev. Guy Blair, scj officiating. Entombment at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Patti’s name. The family would like to offer a special acknowledgement to the 6th and 9th floor staffs ( whose names are too many to mention) of Saint Vincent Hospital for all of their wonderful care and compassion shown to Patti. Also, a warm note of appreciation to Dr. Gerald Bayer and Dr. Mary Sauvey for all of the loving attention and concern.
