Francis "Frank" W. DeGrave

Francis “Frank” DeGrave, 86, passed away after multiple health issues on Thursday, February 5, 2026. Frank was born on February 2, 1940 in the Town of Red River, in Kewaunee County the son of the now late Alvin and Evelyn (Junion) DeGrave. Frank graduated from Casco High School with the class of 1958 and furthered his education at Wisconsin Technical School to be an Electrician. On October 24,1959 he married the former Patricia “Pat” Jauquet at Saint Hubert Catholic Church in Sugar Bush. Frank and Pat owned and operated a Dairy Farm in Luxemburg for many years. He worked at Beemster Electric for many years along with the City of Green Bay and ended his career working for himself. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 66 years Pat, his children: Vicki (Dave) Tegtman, Chris (Colleen) DeGrave and Greg (Nancy) DeGrave, 6 grandchildren: Erica (Joe) Stehsel, Janelle (Josh) Martell, Kristen (Shane) McClure, Logan (McKenzie) DeGrave, Tanner (Sydney) DeGrave and Hailey DeGrave, 8 great-grandchildren: Chloe and Layla Martell, Sophia and Wyatt Stehsel, Dawson and Beau McClure, Aspen and Harper DeGrave, 2 step-grandchildren: Mike DeGrave, Heidi (Kirk) Hanson, 3 step-great-grandchildren: Declan, Ariana, and Eliana Hanson, 2 brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Hub (Joanne) Jauquet, Mark (Jan) Jauquet, 1 sister-in-law: Sandy Jauquet, a dear and special aunt: Arlene DePrey. He is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his father-in-law and mother-in-law: Harry and Bertha (VandenBush) Jauquet, a sister and brother-in-law: Linda (Ronald) Jeanquart, sister-in-law and 3 brothers-in-law: Carolyn (Edmund) VanRoy, James Johnson, Dalen Jauquet. Gathering of family and friends will be held from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Holy Cross Catholic Church 3009 Bay Settlement Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 A.M. with Abbot Gary Neville officiating. Inurnment at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. The family would like to offer a warm note of appreciation to the First Responders and Green Bay Rescue for their efforts and assistance in taking care of Frank. Also, a special thank you and acknowledgement to the ER Staff of Saint Vincent Hospital and Father Bob Kabat for all of the loving attention and support~ your kindness will never be forgotten.
