Roy Georgeson

July 2, 1932 - November 15, 2007

Roy H. Georgeson, 75, Green Bay passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at a local hospital. Roy was born on July 2, 1932 in Racine, WI the son of the late LeRoy and Rose (Storbuck) Georgeson. Roy served his country as a Navy Seal in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was employed in retail sales and real estate management. Roy was an avid golfer never missing an opportunity to hit the links. His quick wit, great sense of humor and his many stories will be greatly missed by his family. Roy also had a laugh that made everyone around him start to smile which eventually led to a room full of laughter Surviving Roy is his wife Judie; his children Scott (Karen)Georgeson, Clay(Debbie)Georgeson, Julie Ruck, Jayne(Marc)Berman, Jeannie(Randy)Edwards, Kevin(Cindy)Georgeson, Jan Evans, Jeff Evans, Timm(Nikki)Everetts, Joey Everetts, Cindy(Steve) Doucette, Pam Everetts, Jeff(Tracy)Everetts, Roy is further survived by 29 grandchildren , 13 great-grandchildren, one sister Eileen Bolton, one brother and sister-in-law Russell (Ruth) Georgeson, family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son Curt, a daughter Diane Everetts and a brother, Richard. In honor of Roy’s wishes there will be no public funeral. A Private Funeral Service will be held for the immediate family at Grace Lutheran Church ELCA with Pastor Larry Lange officiating.
