Mary Ellen (Embs) Kloiber, 81, Green Bay, passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022. Mary was born on October 20, 1940 in Oshkosh, the daughter of the now late Jacob and Olive (Schweder) Embs. She was employed for many years at the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. However, being a caregiver at heart, Mary decided to get her CNA License so she could care for others. She did home health care for over 15 years until her retirement. Mary was a gifted and accomplished singer and sang at the weekly masses and was also involved in the church choir. She was devout Christian and was a long time member of Nativity Catholic Church. Mary loved spending time with her family and cherished their time together. She was a loving, Mom, grandma, great-grandma, a sister, a friend to many, and will be lovingly remembered and sorrowfully missed. Mary Ellen is survived by her children: Greg (Ann) Kloiber, Paul (Rob) Kloiber, Ellen (Jeff) Wagnitz, Kathy (Tony) Kellner, 5 grandchildren: Garrett, Amanda (Jim), Joe (Amy), Jim (Pattie), Jacob (Allison), 6 great-grandchildren, her 5 siblings: Barb Delveau, Donna Singstock, John (Nancy) Embs, Kathy (Gene) Kubasta, Mike (Debbie) Embs. She is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at the Swan Club, 875 Heritage Road De Pere. A Service of Remembrance will held at 2:30 P.M. The family would like to offer a warm note of appreciation to the 7th Floor staff of St. Vincent Hospital, along with Unity Hospice for all of their loving compassion and exceptional care shown to Mary Ellen~ your kindness will never be forgotten.
