Mardell L. Winiecki Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mardell L. Winiecki, 92, Green Bay passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022. Mardell was born on December 30, 1929 in Bellevue, the daughter of the now late Edward and Lena (Snortum) Barth. Mardell was employed at Larsen Canning and later at Diana Manufacturing. Her main goal however was being a homemaker raising her children and taking care of her home. On November 30, 1952, she married Clarence Winiecki at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral and the couple enjoyed almost 55 years together. Clarence preceded her in death on October 2, 2007. Mardell was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed watching them play. She and Clarence were hard workers but had the opportunity to visit Hawaii, which they loved along with Las Vegas a couple of times and smaller trips throughout the years. Mardell was creative and loved crocheting, as well as other sewing projects. Mardell is survived by her children: Beverly (Dennis) Possley, Sobieski; Daniel (Sharon) Winiecki, Oconto Falls; Mark Winiecki, Abrams; Gloria (Dave) Walschinski, Boulder Junction, WI; Russell (Kim) Winiecki, Green Bay; Timothy Winiecki, Covina, CA: 10 grandchildren: Tracy (Chris), Michael, Renee, Dustin (Marisa), Sarah, Joseph, Heather, Brooke, Samantha and her fiancé Rudy and Adam, 13 great-grandchildren: Amber, Colin, Ian, Alexis. Haley, Tuff, Zane, Tylor, Brayden, Palmer, Everliegh, Alexander, 2 great-great-grandchildren: Jamala, Dwayne. She is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Clarence, 1 daughter: Patrice Mae, 1 sister and 1 brother-in-law: Dolorus (Julius) Andre, 3 brothers and 2 sisters-in-law: Earl Barth, Harold (Phyllis) Barth, Roy (Carol) Barth. Gathering of family and friends will be held from 9:00 A.M.to 11:00 A.M. on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Trinity Lutheran Church 330 S. Broadway Street. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Rachel Knoke officiating. Burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Allouez. The family wishes to express a warm note of appreciation to Sherry Georgia, Paul Andre and Susie Barth for all your help, love and the many visits, your kindness will never be forgotten.
