Fred J. Delwiche, 82, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at a local hospital. Fred was born on January 26, 1940 in Green Bay the son of the now late Joe and Agnes (Harris) Delwiche. He went to school at St. Matthew’s Grade School and graduated from Premontre High School with the class of 1958. On June 11, 1966 he married the former Audrey Banaszynski at Assumption BVM in Pulaski. His first job (at 11 years old) was at the local gas station washing windows, which started his love of cars and following stock car races. Through the years Fred worked at Delwiche Farms, Mrs. Karls Bakery and JJ Security. He enjoyed time spent with family and friends. Fred is survived by his wife: Audrey; son: Paul, daughter and son-in-law: Sue (Rod) Paskey, grandson: Collin Paskey, brother and sister-in-law: John (Anne) Delwiche, sister: Terry Picard, brother-in-law: Ed Banaszynski, sisters-in-law: Barb Banaszynski and Barb Blaser. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and mother and father-in-law: John and Sophie Banaszynski, sister: Mary Jo Leaper, brothers-in-law: John Leaper, Bob Picard, Alvin Banaszynski, Dick Przybylski, Jim Banaszynski, sister-in-law Phyllis Przybylski. Gathering of family and friends will be held from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 2040 Hillside Lane. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 A.M. with Rev. Mark Vander Steeg officiating. Entombment at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers or other expressions of sympathy, a Memorial Fund has been established in his name. A special thanks to St. Vincent Hospital and Unity Hospice for their compassionate care.
