Carson G. Murfield

Carson G. Murfield, Loving son of Matthew and Christy Murfield earned his Angel Wings on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. Carson was born on May 10, 2011 in Green Bay to Matthew and Christy (Cleereman) Murfield. There are no words to begin to describe this amazing little hero because he was the happiest little boy that touched so many peoples lives. Some may remember his happy nature, some may remember his little smile that could light up a room and some may remember his bravery in the face of so many obstacles or him being a bottle cap collector and some of you may think of the biggest hot wheel car collection that any little boy could ever have. For us as his parents and his little brother Caleb of which Carson was the best big brother ever, we remember all of that plus what a huge heart he had, how much he loved his life and how he could always find the good in everything. We will never forget his curious nature as he loved to ask questions and was eager to learn how things worked and also the why. The simplest thing that most people would overlook~ our Carson found the sheer joy in why there is a moon and where it was at all times even during the day and he loved to talk about it. Carson’s playful nature always kept us entertained and he could go for hours playing with Caleb, his best bud Haleigh and his many other wonderful friends. He loved to share and he loved to make others happy. Carson loved Minions and we think he could even speak Minion as a second language. He loved to splash in a pool or hot tub and was always excited to see if they had a slide he could go down and could play on them for hours on end. We could go on and certainly there is so much more that we could write about this little Angel with his new found wings, but we ask each of you who knew Carson to simply remember him the way that he touched your Heart. It was a long hard road for Carson but in this journey of life, Carson taught us, as well as I am sure you so many things but the main thing is to always follow the passions that fill your hearts with Joy. Carson is survived by his loving parents, Matt and Christy, his little brother Caleb, his maternal grandmother Sue “Meme” Cleereman, his maternal grandpa Dennis and Lisa “Nana” Cleereman, his paternal grandmother Barbara Murfield “Grandma Montana”, his uncles David and Justin. He is further survived by many other Aunts, Uncles, other relatives and all of his dear friends. Gathering of family and friends will be held from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 28, 2017 in the Chapel of the Ray and Joan Kroc Center, 1315 Lime Kiln Rd, Green Bay. A Prayer Service will be held at 6:00 P.M. There are so many people, groups and individuals that accompanied Carson along this journey and we could not have done it without you but the list is far to great to begin naming so from the bottom of our hearts~ Thank you!! Your kindness will never be forgotten. A heartfelt thanks to Tara Steinhorst, Kathy McVeigh, Grandpa, Meme and Grandma Montana for being there while Carson earned his wings.
